1. Do you offer custom packages for weddings or events?
Yes. While we offer standard packages for smaller sessions, coverage for weddings or any other event is custom-tailored to your specific needs.

2. Do you offer drone photography?
Yes! We offer aerial photography to capture unique angles of your property or venue. For Real Estate, aerial start at $150 for 15 photos or $200 for photos + video.
3. How do I secure my date?
Portraits and Weddings, we require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer to lock in your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photoshoot.
Real Estate and Business clients, payment is due in full upon the delivery of the final images.
4. How should I prepare my home for a Real Estate shoot?
To ensure the best results, properties must be camera-ready upon our arrival. Please remove clutter, clean surfaces, and arrange furniture beforehand.
We are not responsible for cleaning, decluttering, or moving heavy furniture during the appointment.
5. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand life happens, but please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for portraits and weddings to avoid forfeiting your retainer.
Real Estate and Business shoots, we require 12 hours’ notice; cancellations made with less notice may incur a $50 fee to cover lost time.
6. What if the weather is bad on the day of our outdoor shoot?
Florida weather can be unpredictable! For outdoor portrait sessions and real estate exteriors, if weather conditions are unsafe or unfavorable (like heavy rain or storms), we will reschedule your session at no additional charge.
7. What is your turnaround time for photos?
We know you are excited to see your images! Our estimated delivery times are:
– Real Estate: 24–48 hours
– Portraits & Business: Up to 7 days
– Weddings: 4–6 weeks
8. Do you deliver unedited or RAW files?
No. We believe the editing process is just as important as the shooting process. You hire us for our specific artistic style, so we do not deliver unedited or RAW image files under any circumstances.
9. Who owns the copyright to the images?
As the creator, ShotbyDvD retains full copyright ownership of all images.
– Real Estate Agents: You receive a Listing License to use the images strictly for marketing the specific property listing.
– Business Clients: You receive a Commercial License for digital and print marketing.
– Portrait/Wedding Clients: You receive a Personal Use License to print and share photos, but they cannot be sold or used commercially without permission.
